June slid down onto the cold bathroom tiles. Dazed and dizzy, she placed a warm hand on one of the sink pipes; the rusty metal cool against her palm. She hadn't been feeling too well since yesterday. But there were papers to write...June had been working away on a paper about Napoleon and his many trysts. Napoleon wasn't terribly interesting-- at least not as interesting as she hoped. She thought about asking the teacher for a possible extension. June hadn't even started the essay yet, and it was due this Friday. But she couldn't afford to ask the teacher such a favor, as she had turned two papers in late already. Rising a hand to the tip of the sink, slowly she pulled herself back to her feet. The mirror eyed her eerily as she stared; eyes half open. Her hair was messy with strands of red-purple hair all out of place. The collar of her shirt was half up and half down. June grimaced, rubbing her cheek sleepily.
Turning on the tap, she splashed some lukewarm water on her face. The sink had flecks of dirt all around the drain, to her dismay. June was a borderline germophobe...also to her dismay. Squirting soap onto her hands, she rubbed furiously until her hands were red. June then sank to the floor again, the smell of glycerine itching her nose. How she hated this kind of drama. She wasn't a bloody princess waiting to be saved. June folder her hands on her lap, fading consciousness. She had always hated princess anyway...

Lily rubbed her eyes wearily as she walked down the corridor, glad nobody was there to see her in the state she was in. Her hair was down, unbrushed and she knew there were dark circles around her eyes. She stopped for a moment, covering her mouth as the coughs racked her body and she shivered, even in the warm jacket she had on over her trackpants and jacket. How she hated having a cold; she couldn't sing properly or eat properly - two things she despised. Pushing her hair which had fallen over her eyes again she kept walking, trailing one hand absent-mindedly along the wall, tracing the rough stones until she got to the bathroom door and opened it. The first thing she noticed was her reflection in the mirror which looked terrible. The second thing she noticed was a girl sunken onto the floor, pale as the white tiles in the room, looking unconscious. "Oh, gosh. Hey, can you hear me?"
She crouched down by the girl and squeezed her shoulder gently, not wanting to shock her. Her own hair fell around her face again and she pushed it back impatiently. "Hey, can you hear me?" she asked a little louder - her voice was soft as a whisper the first time because of her bad throat.
She sat back on her heels when there was no response then gently pushed the other girl's hair off her forehead. Her own pale hands were freezing but the girl's forehead was burning. Feels like she's got a temperature and a half, she thought to herself. But what the hell am I supposed to do? she asked herself. She was sure she shouldn't leave the girl unattended.

June flinched at the touch of a hand on her forehead. What... It had occured to her that she had faded out of consciousness, much to her own embarrasment. I need to get up. June was angry at herself for being so weak. She hated showing her weaknesses in front of others. Her head heavy and hurting, she slowly lifted it up to see who was in front of her. June's vision was blurry; she could only make out a girl with long hair. She had heard a faint call in her ears, asking her if she could hear. Blinking and feeling increasingly unsteady, June nodded. "I can hear you...but..." June covered her mouth. She felt like she was going to vomit; her face feeling a sensation of warm and cold. Lying on the floor, June held her stomach tightly. June reached a hand up to the girl's knee, tapping her softly. "I need some water really badly...and if you could take me to the nurse..." She smiled, quiet amusement splattered on her face. "That would be delightful."

Lily smiled faintly and stood, filling her glass from the tap behind her and giving it to the girl. "Just don't drink it too fast or you'll be sick," she warned.
"Haha," she grinned nervously when the girl said she wanted to go to the nurse. "I'm not trying to be annoying but I actually don't know where the nurse's office is...do you?" She was anxious to help the girl but seeing as she was a first year and doctors freaked her out she'd never found out where the nurse was. Hopefully the girl knew...
ooc - sorry it's a dodgey post.[/size]
